Worst power company that I’ve known. Power goes out with the smallest of storms, and it takes hours to turn the power back on.
Terrible and dont want to answer the phone during outages. An embarrassment .
I respect the ones who work hard to fix issues when they go bad and it’s not their fault the power is so unreliable and goes out even with the slightest hint of rain. It really sucks how unreliable three notch is to be honest. Power went out just today for no reason what’s so ever here.
The absolute worst service I have ever experienced! If there was a option for Zero stars that is the review I would give. The power goes off every time the wind blows, and you can NEVER get on the phone with customer service to report your outage! It is so frustrating that we actually have to pay money for a service so impotent!
EMC Three Notch is a horrible company don’t know what to do about it but they go up on my light bill twice a year and here at the beginning of the year in a pandemic my light bill is $518.36 and I live alone. This don’t make any sense. If anyone can point me in the right direction I would really appreciate it.
Power on. Off on off all morning 28 out no heat do they care nooooo. Do they care about our refrigerators noooooo. Biggest joke of a company i ever seen they will replace anything that breaks because of the constant power on off every minute and they try to say get our insurance no get your act together three notch emc
Most useless power company ever. Have to have a backup generator just to get reliable electric. Outrageous being stuck with this backyard outfit with no choice. Turns out they are not even regulated like a real power company. PSC doesn’t even bother with EMC’s. Don’t know how they got 2 stars. Must be rating themselves.
