Response time and prioritization of outages is poor! Many other companies have multiple troubleman that run and look at outages, if it is something as simple as a fuse they can fix it, we sat in the dark for 4 days once and all it was…. A fuse… One guy could have thrown in
It’s so easy to pay my bill online, haven’t had any outages except for when a tornado came through, it took a few days but it was expected with the amount of poles they had to replace after.
I have been a customer for 5 years. Service was quick and easy to set up. Online payment option is the way to go- no problems there! Email communication is comprehensive and they are always friendly and informative when I call. Great company!

Very uncaring staff. Web site never works half the time. Dont pay by phone ,they wont credit your payment. Then say you didnt pay.
