  1. The phone system is terrible. I called to make an appointment and it took 17 minutes to talk to scheduling. Finally after getting through to a person there were no appointments available.

  2. Very rude, the receptionist over the phone Said “ you’re a new patient and I don’t have time for you.” Looks like I’ll be finding a new doctor even though I’ve been going there for over ten years.

  5. Three Rivers used be the best in town, (we’ve been going since before early 2000’s) but this new generation of nurses that they are “teaching” are inconsiderate, rude, and do not belong in the healthcare industry.

  6. They don’t post all your results on the patient portal. After waiting weeks for my results to pop up i finally called them and they told me the wrong results over the phone. I didn’t double check and now I’m getting a new doctor. If you do stay with them double check everything they tell you.

  7. Hope you never fall on hard times. This place is as heartless as the come!! Make sure you never miss a copay or they will literally refuse care to you. Greed and corruption is what u get.

  8. Have had a good experience with Dustin Golding for myself and Dr. Benedict for the kiddos. I feel like the staff is efficient and responsive and the providers listen to our concerns and input.

  11. Terri Davari and Matt Lawrence are caring, patient, kind, and worth any wait I have experienced. Have not needed for my son to see a lot of Dr. Patillo, but when he has been sick, Dr. Patillo has been great. High marks for this practice.

  12. We love Dr. Jlyn Pritchard. She really cares, takes the time to explain things and really works to find answers to difficult diagnosis. She also found an issue with two medications I was taking that had been prescribed to me by another Doctor. Like I said, she really cares.
