Call ladies must really hate their job they’re are extremely rude.
We are very happy with their service. We are barely ever out of power and their customer service is excellent.
Calling Thumb electric is terrible. I have 1 lady who was polite other than that the ladies who answer calls are rude.

Our family has farm and house with Detroit Edison. Our Family also has a cabin up north with Consumers Power. We live and own a farm and home with Thumb Electric and the reliability, service and price is WAY better than their competition! BRAVO! =)
Wish they would advertise the fiber internet for my area most ppl don’t know about it.

I have now lived in a residence with consumers, DTE, and TEC. The linemen with TEC are great. I rarely lose power for an extended period of time.
TEC decided to cut down almost every tree in my front yard while I was away. I pulled up to my driveway to see this on labor Day weekend. UNBELIEVABLE! My yard looks like a tornado went through and NOTHING was picked up or chipped.

Member since 2005. They have been responsive to any service concerns quickly, polite & pleasant staff, big advantage buying water heater through them. The have had minimal charge pickup for worn out appliances. I love their service & reliability!
