Time Warner Cable Reviews ( 250 )

  1. False Advertisement, Deceptive Practices, Poor Customer Service, Inadequate technicians. I order Time Warner on or around Feb10, 2016. They charged me a month service in advance and a $50.00 deposit before they would schedule the install. …

  2. If you Don’t know where to take your date.? This is the place… Romantic, and Elegant Places to Dine and Wine… And if Time allows it plenty of Hotels and Motels around for a nice Date…

  3. Used to work in the vicinity until retiring. Recently noticed the monumental lobby Botero sculptures had restored dark patina where tourists had “pubicly” previously, for luck, rubbed metal to a golden hue. May Eve and Adam ever guard this former Coliseum vault.

  4. ‘Tis the season. Even in these unprecedented times. There are places you can go to feel comfortable and like nothing’s changed. This is ONE of them.

  5. I don’t know how to distinguish this location for a review from the review for the Shops at Columbus Circle. I clearly will agree the Holliday decorations were outstanding.

  6. Place is awesome with high end stores and restaurant inside it. Usually you see mostly tourist. If you guess it right, it also a tourist destination. Overall great place but too rich for my blood.

  7. The Time Warner Center is a mixed-use building complex in Columbus Circle, Manhattan, New York City. It was developed by The Related Companies and AREA Property Partners, and designed by David Childs and Mustafa Kemal Abadan of Skidmore, …

  8. It’s a nice place to have a cup of coffee, tea, or a lunch. The view of central park and Manhattan is nice. But it is a little bit crowded because it is a tourist spot.

  9. It’s one of my favorite people watching spot in town. Great view out the Columbus circle and clean bathroom, nice selection of retail stores and a Whole Foods at the lower level.

  10. So many great shops. Definitely check out the basement Whole Foods. At the top, you’ll find two of the best restaurants in NYC (if not the US) in Per Se and Masa. And check out what’s going on on the 2nd floor!

  11. Great shops and great food. I really appreciate that there is a Whole Foods here with a Jamba Juice. There’s also a lot of cool things and events that go on here, like Anderson Cooper’s talk show.

  12. The Time Warner Center is a modern take on what anywhere outside of NYC would call a mall. It’s much more modern with higher end shops and eateries. The winter decor (giant stars) are not to be missed.

  13. Lots of high end stores such as Ted Baker, Hugo Boss, Williams Sonoma, Sephora, MAC, Whole Foods, Diptyque, Coach etc. Food scene is incredible. Momofuku Noodle Bar and Bāng Bar, Per Se, Bluebird, Bouchon and so many choices

  14. There are lots of high end stores such as Ted Baker, Hugo Boss, Williams Sonoma, Sephora, MAC, Whole Foods, Diptyque, Coach etc. Food scene is incredible. Momofuku Noodle Bar and Bāng Bar, Per Se, Bluebird, Bouchon and so many choices.

  15. Bustling shopping mall on top of a huge Whole Foods market and Equinox gym. A mixture of three star Michelin restaurants and casual cafe/bakery options. Good pit stop to meet your friends to begin your NYC adventures.

  16. Great spot if it’s cold outside and you’re wanting to be entertained for a bit without having to pop into and out of stores. Nice and bright Sephora here. Miss the Borders. Get there early on the weekend and perhaps you’ll luck into some fresh donuts at Bouchon Bakery!

  17. Big mall smack across from Columbus Circle/Central Park with upscale stores and a (always-busy) Whole Foods market that has a sushi bar and hot food. Other stores include a Michael Kors and Coach. Great for window-shopping.

  18. Convenient shopping area located near Central Park’s northwest entrance. Right now there’s a long line to enter Whole Foods grocery store, but it moves quickly.

  19. Excellent place for shopping. You can stay here almost all day long 🙂
There are a lot of different stores: Whole Foods, Amazon Books, H&M, Sephora, Michael Kors, etc. Love this place.

  20. Nice place to hang out, shop, and eat, but there is no place to lounge or hang out with out having to purchase something. It would be nice to have a permanent seating area somewhere on the first or second floor. Free wifi would be good too!

  21. Very impressive window views, luxury stores and restaurants, Whole Foods Market
In this center, there is Jazz at Lincoln Center which is very convenient. However it is too crowded when I was there on Sun so that getting a cup of coffee was a kind of challenge.

  22. A large shopping center. Many stores, many of them in the higher price range (like Hugo Boss). You will find also many restaurants, cafes and bookstores. Very clean toilets. Friendly staff.

  23. great place for shopping! central to the columbus circle area. limited shopping selection, but has the one store I love, J.Crew! Whole Foods is in the basement as is a great place to get some food and relax with a drink. Overall, facilities are great.

  24. The TWC is situated right by the park and subway lines, making it a great place to meet up although there are few places to sit without shopping at one of the pricey stores inside. There is the occasional light show for the holidays, pop-up …

  25. One of my favorite places to visit in the city. Amazing decor with amazing shopping. Perfect to start the day in at the bakery or just head to whole foods for some odds and ends. They keep also improving this place with new shops and experiences. I highly suggest a visit here.

  26. The two doormen we dealth with were courteous and helpful. The place is immaculate and impressive. Its worth a walk-through even if you can’t afford to buy anything in the place.

  27. As I first entered the Time Warner Center I was taking back by the amazing architecture, incredible scene, and astounding sights. The the statues located in the lobby are not only hilarious but also quite aesthetic. There are plenty of places to shop and theres something here for anyone

  28. Amazing views from the main entrance due to being nothing but glass, allowing you to see Columbus Circle, Central Park and straight down West 59th Street. The mall is very clean and lovely. A mixture of different shop types, from H&M to Hugo Boss. But bare in mind there is more expensive stores than there is moderate ones.

  29. The security yelled at me for taking photos in the mall. It’s a very beautiful place with nice views of Columbus Circle but I won’t be giving my business to a place that enforces laws like this in a free country. I felt like I was back in …

  30. This mall always makes me depressed as it reminds me of how little money I have on me. I cannot afford one thing in there. It’s like the mall is telling me “go back where you belong! to Queens!” …

  31. The time Warner center has different stores to shop and a few restaurants to dine and bakeries for the sweet tooth. Its architecture and design is stunning and nothing around compares to it. If you are around this area it is worth coming in and browse. It is also house to an underground Wholefoods.

  32. One of my favourite places to visit when in Nyc. A part from the chouce of great restaurants, I like to spend time watching Lincoln Circle and the corner of Central Park ‘framed’ through the glass windows of the Time Warner Center. From the second level the view is spectacular.

  33. Time Warner Center offers a huge variety. Shopping, entertainment and dining! I have been to several tapings of The Anderson Cooper show as well as shopping at some of their stores. There is even a Whole Foods! AND you can live there too! Great fun all around and super easy access to the A, B, C, D & 1 trains.

  34. This is a very modern building located off of Columbus Circle in Manhattan. Parking on the street is available but it fills up fast especially on the weekends and at night. Plenty of stores and places to eat. This place is not cheap, so bring your credit card. We will definitely be going back.

  35. Nice place to visit. You have a great view of Columbus Circle from the 2nd and 3rd floors. Nice shopping destination with high end and mid range shops.

  36. This building is an icon like no other. A photographers paradise. Great for sightseeing, shopping and people watching. Not to mention many places to eat and live entertainment. Oh, people also live, work and stay fit here. And it also has a hotel.

  37. Lots of shopping options. High end retail stores. Bathrooms. Amazon book store. A few sit down dining choices. Some ultra high end dinner restaurants. Whole Foods is downstairs.

  38. Classic New York spot. Very close to Central Park and has many stores inside it. My favorite is the Whole Foods!! definitely recommend 🙂

  39. I love this place. One of my go to areas when i need to do some quick shopping or just to kill some time. Made great memories here. I definitely recommend going inside the plaza and visiting stores such as Amazon Books, The Cafe, and The running company!!

  40. This is an interesting indoor mall. I didn’t get as much time here as I’d like, but the art, stores, and kiosks are nice. The place is clean and while I didn’t get to try them, there are some good-smelling restaurants that were very busy to check out here too.

  41. Crammed with high end shops, this place is a fancy mall worth walking around. Per Se is on the top floor. One of the best concentrations of upscale shopping and eating I’ve seen in NYC. Trump Tower is just across the street too…

  42. This mall has a fairly large range of stores appealing to any buyer. The modern decor makes it that much better when shopping. The views from inside are amazing, and the restaurants this mall offers make it perfect to stop by for breakfast, lunch, and dinner.

  43. For the most part this is an upscale mall. Downstairs is Whole Foods. Upstairs are many stores on multiple floors. Delightful to walk through even if you do not purchase anything. There is an information desk on the street level.

  44. This location seems more like it caters to wireless phone service. It offers several different cell phone, watches and tablets. It does offer full cable service as well, however I get the impression that the workers are more concerned with selling data plans and cell phones than they are with the cable service end of the company.

  45. Very nice area with many amenities. Security is now run by G4S an excellent company who took over for Allied Universal, who isn’t nearly as competent. The loading docks, parking garages etc are well guarded and the inside is secure as well. Many nice stores/shops etc.

  46. Nice looking mall, but no compelling reason to come here unless going to a restaurant (and some of the best are here), Whole Foods or have a specific store in mind, or are a tourist coming for the great views of Central Park. Still for a high-end mall they should fix the unsightly cracks in the floor in some places.

  47. A wonderful center just by Central Park. Fancy stores and several great restaurants. Some of the stores and dining options are quite expensive – but some aren’t. Momofuku Noodle Bar offers delicious food, Center bar and other on the higher …

  48. I love coming into this place. There are two massive statues by Fernando Botero that welcome you when you enter the main atrium. Once inside there are many choices to make. You can take the escalator downstairs where there is a Whole Foods …

  49. Area with many shops. Not many people buzzing about b/c of lack of people working in building & surrounding area. Now there’s a line to get into Whole Foods. Not stocked like before. Some how it looks very sad. Hopefully it will come back to its former state.

  50. Usually a quick wait. Make sure to sign in to the iPad when you arrive
Handicap accessible with seating inside. Somewhat friendly staff
They made my visit easy and stress free. Bus stop is 1 block away …

  51. great little mall if you like higher end products and clothing. Coach is here. but also mid to lower price point j crew and h&m. wholefoods in the lowest level.

  52. I love the Whole Foods located in the basement! This location has the best selection of foods and is always busy. The other stores in this mall is a mix of high end and more affordable brands. The top two floors also have nice restaurants for a special occasion!

  53. I visited the Center today as I had a lunch meeting. I was very impressed with how the building looks. It is exquisite and instantly reminded me of some of the shops in Las Vegas. The shops are all top notch and the view of Central Park is amazing. If you have not gone, go shop and grab a bite here. You won’t regret it.

  54. Mustafa Kemal Abadan a world-renowned Turkish architect.
1977 Robert College graduate. The architecture of New York’s first mosque also designed the Time Warner Building.

  55. I like the look and feel of the place but in the end, it’s an overglorified mall for the rich. There’s only so much window shopping you can do. Pass up the stores and go straight to the public bathrooms on the 2nd floor or go to the Museum of Arts and Design across the street for better entertainment. You’ll be glad you did.

  56. A great place to stop, shop or just browse around. The stores and food destinations have changed since the pandemic.
Overall it remains a clean and safe place to visit.

  57. Nice Mall-Look-A-Like in the heart of NYC, decent high end stores.free bathroom on the top floor, helpful for tourist and travelers. Whole foods is always a plus and William and Sonoma .

  60. Its been years since I’ve been in the building (10 to be precise) and I must say, this visit was way more that I expected. And I love the Wholefoods store downstairs (thats the reason I visited).

  61. Beautiful array of shops, upscale, and a huge Whole Foods Market on lower level. There’s a marvelous performance space and cafe with a great view of Columbus Circle, and an excellent restaurant housed at the Mandarin Hotel.

  62. Now called Deutsche Bank Center. Really just an upscale mall with the usual suspects stores, i.e., drop the Short Hills Mall in Columbus Circle. Only unusual one is an actual Amazon brick and mortar bookstore that is nice to have around nowadays. Also think the Williams-Sonoma is one of the bigger, better ones in the city.

  63. If you are in the area it’s a MUST visit … From a quick lunch at whole foods to a dinner at Per SE. All the shopping you need under 1 roof. Checkout the underground shops at train station also

  64. The Amazon Book Shop is so much fun!! Super high energy, great music playing while you shop. Hand sanitizer everywhere! Happy engaged staff, had a smile for everyone. They talked with every customer. It was a very different experience. …

  65. I love the Time Warner building, they have a lot of high end stores in that mall. They also have Whole foods market. It’s a beautiful building, they also have places to have lunch and dinner. Love it. Highly recommend it.

  66. Great area to walk around and enjoy sights like Columbus Circle Mall, Central Park and the The Hearst Building that used in Spiderman. A,B,C,D trains, M7, M20 and other busses make its an easy place to get to.

  67. The Diane Reeves concert was fantastic she is the best. The process to pick up your tickets is a circus. You would think that this was the first time a concert was being held there. I hope this is not the norm !!

  68. Its always clean, very airy, spacious, the tall sky high ceilings and clean well polished floors along with the Botero’s Adam and Eve sculptures is quite welcoming. My favourite store there is Whole Foods as I could shop there for a …

  69. This mall is nice, and clean. Coming here is preferable to shopping outdoors. The Whole Foods downstairs is way too crowded, but the rest of the mall is a great place to shop for last minute items.

  70. Went to Bar Masa on the 4th floor of the Time warner center mall on Columbus Circle, New York City, NY 10019. It was pleasant. All the staff treat me in a well and polite manner even though I was really in a drinking mood at the bar. Maybe next time I will take some photos with some friends next time

  71. The people who work in this building are very kind n polite.

That’s all we all need in life, respectful, friendly, honest n trustworthy working citizens!!!!

  72. Anything you buy here will be overpriced, including the food at Whole Foods in the cellar. But the ambiance is cool. And the naked rotund statues are whimsical and fun.

  73. Great place to shop! They have the retailers I love and easy to follow floor layouts. Sometimes I walk in there just to appreciate the wonderful art on display and meet with friends.

  74. If you’re visiting here it’s probably one of the last places on my listed I would go if I had time there are many many more places that are much much more exciting interesting

  75. A beautiful atrium with a collection of brand name shops and eateries. A good place to hangout in between trips into the Christmas Market across the street

  76. I no longer shop at Time Warner Center. I made a stop in today for whole foods. The shops are not worth a visit unless you’re in the area . A lot of my favorite shops are closed , with the exception of …

  77. The whole building has activity mostly open to the public. Jazz in the evenings and for those with money, wonderful high-end stores. For people like me, there’s Whole Foods! It’s probably the best W. F. store of all I’ve been to in …

  78. Hey everyone I’m back, took a little break…and let me tell you,you people are amazing… wow,I’m truly humbled, and honored that you all, have taken my reviews to new heights. All I can say is thank you New York…over 6K views…and …

  79. Always a nice place with so many options: Whole Foods, William Sonoma, H&M etc.etc.Great view of Columbus Circle..and Botero’s iconic Adam & Eve standing guard. Great public restrooms as well!

  80. Nice location as 59th street Columbus circle and Central Park West are beautiful landmarks. Mall and stores in this area, however, feel a bit forced. Not really worth buying anything in this area.

  81. I don’t know how much of the multifunctional structure is considered “The Center” – but, “The Shops”, the Jazz (“at Lincoln Center”) concert and event spaces, the high-end restaurants and casual dining, not to mention the Boteros (holding …

  82. Beautiful little mall, part of the Mandarin Oriental building. They have hanging glass stars for Christmas which light up to music, on a Columbus Circle backdrop, which is stunning. People at the 3rd floor cafe are way too snobby and you …

  83. Went to Jazz at Lincoln Center in the Time Warner Center. Lovely venue.
The Time Warner Center has doors very close to subway entrance. Even in inclimate weather, they close these doors early, forcing you to walk out a block away. I got soaked last night.

  84. Beautiful shopping center with a wide variety of high end stores! Absolutely love the view from the second floor and their artwork inside is worth visiting in general. Walking distance from many amazing hotels and Central Park, just love this place

  85. Food, footwear, jewelry, accessories and most other ‘things you might find in a mall’ for sale. Here are 2 pictures from a block away for your enjoyment.

  86. This is my favorite place to see Botero sculptures and use the free public toilets located on both floors 2 & 3. You get an odd vertigo looking over the banisters but the view of Columbus circle is quite nice

  87. This building put time warner at Columbus on the map this said I want to post some of my favorite dishes I had this year and enjoyed them at paname french restaurant 1068 second Ave bet 56×57 st just cross town take bus M31 and M57 to second Ave to have god dinning experience choose priced fixed menu

  88. Air conditioning works well in 38 degree C (94+ degree F) outside weather. Well kept and clean, relatively speaking. Elevators are quick and waiting is never an issue.

  89. Beautiful mall right on Columbus Circle with several high end shops catering to the more sophisticated shoppers. The impressive lobby has hanging stars that changes lights every second. Be sure to check out the third floor for some good food.

  90. Well-maintained mall, with decent (if not particularly pricey) shopping opportunities.
Many of the stores tend to be quite quiet throughout the day, so one of the …

  91. This is a truly beautiful mall. The one thing I really love to hear is the Russian language being spoken, it is nostalgic for me because I too speak it but rarely ever hear it spoken when I am out. My father was born in the USSR and moved …

  92. Time Warner is very convenient location because there is a Whole Foods Market & Amazon store among others. This is my favorite time of the year because the Swarovski stars are out & holiday music is playing.

  93. Always love visiting spots around NY with a festive flair like the Shops at Columbus Circle now inside what was the previously named Time Warner Center – Now Deutsche Bank Center.

  94. Looking for a place to go shopping with tons of stores and great dining around the Columbus Circle area? Then stop by the Time Warner Center. They have everything from grocery shopping at WholeFoods to getting some running shoes to Amazon Go to bakeries! All things in one!

  95. Yes, it is possible to dash in and out, but you’ll miss the opportunity to people watch. Get capital “C” culture, a nosh, knives, and a necktie.
Some shops are showpieces without customers, only tourists. It’s like a tiny …

  96. You could call Time Warner Center a mall. You would be wrong. With multiple floors of luxury and mid-level retail, restaurants at various price points, prime apartments and of course live Jazz with the best talent, it’s one of the NYC destination places.

  97. Always nice and cold here during the summer. Great place to stop for an iced tea at the coffee shop on the 3rd floor. This is also one of the few places in NYC that has public restrooms, and they are clean! Local runners frequent the …

  98. High end shopping. Stopped at the M.A.C. store. Had tasty food at the Noodle Hut (unsure of second word). Returned for a Broadway Under the Stars performance. Great visit all around, although the only seating seemed to be near a café on the third floor, very unlike many shopping centers in PA.

  99. One of the many landmarks in the Columbus Circle area. Great selection of restaurants and upscale bars to enjoy a meal or cocktail (some with views of Central Park). Great shopping too!

  100. Another indoor shopping mall, this one with three stories of upmarket shops and eateries. convenient to Central Park’s southwest corner, and across from Columbus Circle. A small number of books are available in an Amazon bookstore, which may be the reason it is about to close. Not worth making the extra effort to visit.

  101. I love this spacious and gracious space!
If you can catch the 3rd floor Cafe when it’s not crowded, enjoy the spectacular view of Columbus Circle for the price of a sandwich. Most of the retailers are …

  102. Good pickup service at Whole Foods in the basement. Be advised, often packed with people. You can also get a good snack while here and eat it right there, also in the basement. Cafeteria-like atmosphere, but convenient. Lots of great, upper echelon shops as well.

  103. Majestic place, from the enter it to all the facilities that it offers, you ll be happy to visit it solo, with significant other or the all family.
Guarantee great time, great food in general and unbelievable view.

  104. The public bathrooms are clean. There are many shops. The building is festively decorated. I stopped into Whole Foods which was fantastic. I grabbed cereal, a few different brands of apples, wings & veggies from the hot bar. The lines were …
