I have nothing but great service with TISD. They are always very helpful when I call them.
Horrible can’t ever get in Contact to even get started. And they say Tisd will be the only one who can get us internet, they can’t if they can’t answer the phone
I hate tisd i have it now and I am paying for the largest internet service they have which they said I would be able to play games and have up to five devices connected yet i am hard wired to my playstation and have such a bad connection I am lagging so bad I might as well not try to even play. I will be looking for another company.
Worst service.. 30 ft tower on my house.. directly targeted to CSP tower.. (is visible) can barely even stay connected to send this terrible review. The girl that works there in customer service.. worst ever. She doesn’t even care whether or not she cares.
Won’t provide internet speeds, constantly using “faulty equipment”, always making bad excuses for poor internet quality, constantly arriving unprepared and having to reschedule…. The list goes on. You do not get what you pay for with this company. Very frustrating and disappointing.
So, my internet speed has been annoyingly slow for about a week now. I used the speed test link on TISD’s web page for some answers… the testing server is located in the Ukraine! WTH? What is even more unbelievable are the test results …
I spend more time restarting my router in hopes that it will help with my ping. Run speed tests and get anywhere from 4.7mbs to .16mbs with an average of 6% packet loss. Its super frustrating, because i can barely stay connected long enough to stream half a show on hulu.
