I have found this team of doctors top in their respective fields. Make sure to ask who is reading your medical imaging tests, if it’s not one of the TRA doctors, request them.

They have issues billing wrong insurance companies. I am currently on the phone with them to straighten this out. Have yet to talk to them and I’ve been on hold for 17 minutes so far. They are not charging the correct company.
They do not mail a bill. Their billing department is grossly incompetent. Seems like this could be grounds for a Fair Debt Collections Practices Act finding.
The billing department is horrible. Once again they have billed an insurance company I have not had for ten years. I have to call every time and they say it’s corrected. Once or twice is an error. 3-4 times is just incompetence.

Poor customer service and average medical care. They are difficult to work with in terms of insurance and billing.
