Been trying to get ahold of financial aid for help with a bill and some how they got the wrong number even though it should have been on their record totally would drive to lax next time wont recommended this place! Obviously they dont look at records or listen to voicemail
Wanted to thank the excellent nurses , anesthesiology and Dr Minus for the wonderful care I received today. Professional and friendly and knowledgeable.
I wish I could give this hospital negative starts. The e.r is a joke. They staff doesn’t care. Takes hours to check on you. If you hit the call/help bottom they only respond through an intercom. Not sure how that’s even legal. I’m no lawyer …
“Our Emergency/Urgent Care Department is staffed 24 hours day, seven days a week by ER physicians, physician assistants, nurse practitioners and a highly specialty trained nursing staff.” From their website. But urgent care is not 24/7. Drove 40 minutes to get there for nothing. Make your urgent care hours clear.
The infusion department staff always treat me with respect and kindness. The nurses are very knowledgeable and compassionate. It’s a beautiful facility, very clean and well kept.

The few times I’ve had to go in everyone was super nice and I was given awesome care.
