These people are horrible. The amount of money I give then every year and you can only help me out ONCE a year!?! I have been sick ad out of work for the past two weeks due to covid. I called and asked them to please hold off for two freaking days. How you sleep at night I will never know

Very rude staff! Moved here from another state. The hassle of getting electricity switched into my name has been ridiculous. Customer service does not exist at this place.
Why does our power go off everday? Only off for about five seconds most days,but just long enough to mess up all our electrical appliances. Extremely annoying!!!
I am from wewahitchka fla. As you know we were devastated by hurricane Michael. Those guys in the red trucks worked night and day like an assembly line.we were told we wouldn’t have power for a month,these men proved otherwise. Just want to say Thank you.
In years past, tombigbee always topped my tree. This evening they cut every limb off. Not a single branch left to keep it alive. Why not just cut it all the way down since you’ve already killed it.
Terrible, their late policy and extensions should really be looked at. They are rigid and inhumane. One extension per year is inexcusable & totally unreasonable. No wiggle room nor consideration for extraordinary situations. What they do with turn offs does not seem legal.
These people have no heart! They don’t care what situation your in. They won’t even give you two days to pay your bill! Where I’m from they work with you cause you never know what someone is dealing with or going through

Definitely need to get rid of the automated machine directory and hire an actual human to handle that. I fully understand the job of a linemen through a family member so I respect the job but the customer service is slacking bad…
Customer service is very lacking starting with the office manager, Bruce. Phone system is worse. I’m yet to have a return phone call. Thankfully, my person power is not with TEPA, but I do have to pay several bill for the USG. Of the 13 utility companies I deal with, TEPA is by far the worst.
Awful website design. “You can request a New Service online” but you can only upload .jpg’s when my warranty deed is a 3 page .pdf??? Makes no sense, incredibly difficult.

Terrible. You can hardly get anyone on the phones, and when you do their as little help as possible.

Tombigbee Electric destroyed my yard when placing fiber optic cable! Absolutely ridiculous!
Just terrible, staff can’t take a payment over the phone, they don’t send out bills, can’t draft a checking account, have to go in to make payment.

Been with Tombigbee for 15years. Price are great compared to other companys. I love Tombigbee Power.

No complaints. They are quick to respond whenever we’ve needed them. You can pay your bill online which is convenient.
