By far the worst experience with internet providers I’ve ever had. The customer service is non-existent. They lie and i have not received the service I have paid for. With several complaints including to the BBB, no resolution.
They are the only high speed internet in the area so they can overcharge for super slow speeds. I lag out and have to reset my router about 3 times a day. Pure garbage.
Ok. Internet service is slow. Their online billing is horrible. Have to double check that everything is correct on it because the account number doesn’t come up correctly to match phone number
Worst cable company I’ve ever had. Constant slow downs and not worth the money spent. Upgraded and was fine foe a while. They will want me to upgrade to top service. I’m having difficulties with just one phone and TV on. Don’t think an upgrade will matter. Phone line cable just socks and so doesTatah. Don’t use.
They don’t even deserve 1 star honestly, if you can refrain from using them as a provider, I HIGHLY recommend someone else. Can’t get anyone to answer the phone and the 1 time you do it’s like you interrupted a funeral.. very rude. Internet is slow, pretty sure a turtle can move faster.
