I had Lasik with Dr. Thompson and it turned out great. I would recommend him as a doctor to anyone. Dr. Thompson and the staff that worked with me were very professional and intelligent.
The staff is friendly, but I agree about the long wait times. My appt was at 3pm, didn’t get into an exam room until 3:20, was not seen by the MD until 4pm and was not done until 4:50. The staff was cleaning the clinic and I was still waiting for the MD. He did apologize for the long wait time. Just a heads up for new patients.
I felt the Dr had no concern about my problem, he did not want to hear any of my concerns, very little communication, I wasn’t given the time to talk about anything. I wanted to ask about another procedure, but wasn’t given the time. Jim

My husband had cataract surgery with Dr Tyson Schwiesow. The service he had was excellent . The questions he had were all answered and explained completely , and staff was friendly and efficient efficient.

Appointments run late, but you are NOT notified. 15 minutes prior you are to be prescreened for appointment, which is fine, if seen on time. Simply send or call patients when running 30 minutes or more behind. Check in guy had no clue when asked how much longer or why not give us notice.

I wish I would have done the procedure sooner! Dr. Thompson walked me through the whole process (all of 35 seconds) ensuring it was going well, which made me feel less anxious. The aftercare and preparation was very thorough, I felt confident with his care!
