  22. The condo that I rent has flooded twice in my unit. Another time directly outside of my unit. Repairs for all of the damage and maintenance for these events have been minimal or if any at all. The leasing manager was ready at the door during my arrival, and gave me a comprehensive tour. I settled into a nice, clean apartment at Gramercy on Garfield with a great view.
