  1. These people don’t know what customer service is… Both Lisa and Leslie need to learn who their customers are and how to treat them… Oh that’s right, they service like the government…what a joke!

  4. They charge us the most in Serene Hills in taxes and we are the last to get water turned on. Read their website for all the failed promises this week. They know how to bill for water, but that’s about it.

  5. We had a water issue and needed to turn the water off. We called the emergency lines voicemail And, when they opened 20 minutes later, we called the main line and left a message. we never got calls back from either. Good thing we figured it out ourselves.
