  8. I waited for 3 hours with an inpatient 4 year old, then was rushed by the doctor. The people at the desk were also very rude and unknowlegable. Unfortunately, Tri-County is one of the few places that takes my insurance. Luckily, I only have to go once a year.

  30. Dr. Massey is a great Dr. He takes his time with patients and listens to their concerns. Glad we found them. The staff is amazing also. We have been there 3 times and each time they have been really friendly. Would send anyone to them if they have eye problems or just a yearly exam. All of them get 5 stars.

  35. My only complaint is they going to have to do something about them nasty chairs that are in the waiting room. If you’re going to have cloth cheers in the waiting room you need to at least keep them clean if not get some leather nice chairs in the waiting room.

  37. Dr Fuller and the staff at Tri County always take such good care of me. They answer all my questions in terms I understand and ask about things I may not have thought of. With AMD you need people in your corner like this.
