It is very professional but the internet out on the South Fork is pretty bad.I downloaded a internet speed tester and it is saying about 3mbs

Reliable service, friendly staff, and consistent bill for years. Well priced for service in town, but we are out of town and out of town high speed internet is fairly expensive – still we figure it is worth paying more to have the reliable service.

Having a local telecommunication provider that builds out a fast reliable network is something that is a great asset to the community. The availability of gigabit fiber connections in town far surpasses what other big name providers offer, both in speed and reliability.
The tech came out to help us with an issue and not only solved it, but also ran through various scenarios with us in case we had the issue again. So happy with our service. We’ve been customers for over 10 years!
We have a our dish changed today and the service man Tony who came out to do the work was so very Professional and Polite and di the work in a very timely way. He was very neat and made sure when he left there was no sign he had been here other than our much improved service. We give him 5 Stars or a 10 out of 10.
Super customer service across all aspects of the business. I wish there was fiber in our neighborhood, but their radio service is the best that’s available and far superior to DSL or satellite. Keep building-out your fiber network TCT!!!

Wifi is slow with TCT in the winter and almost unusable in summer. If you have the option get any other provider that’s in the area.
