Terrible business practices!!!! They’ll screw up and charge you the fees. Its to bad there’s not another water company to use. Use caution with these guys
Terrible company, they don’t tell you when the water is shut off, and their pipes are so OLD! We have a pipe that has been leaking out on the road, and they covered the hole they dug to repair it, with very poor coverage and no consistency of care! Is the pipe fixed? Seen water on surface soil after repairs!
