This practice is very, very quick to turn you over to a collection agency and they will also ding your credit report. They used SCA Collections for my case and you cannot reach SCA via phone. Where has the compassion gone in the medical business, in todays world it is non-existent.
Trying to bill my mother twice. Insurance has already paid and now she’s received a bill stating that her part is $61.00. After talking with mom’s insurance carrier I found this bill has along with the others already been paid in full by them.

Dr. Brown saw my wife and was one of the finest and most caring doctors we have seen. He personally called us to answer questions we had after the appointment. He also worked very hard with insurance appeals for coverage. The staff was also excellent. This is the way you hope you are treated by a doctor and his team.
