I don’t understand why people have such negative reviews of this place, had my pregnancy glucose test done here and was nervous by all the bad reviews on here but everything went smooth and didn’t have a bad experience with neither front desk or the person who drew out my blood.
I have always had a great experience with this lab; polite staff and excellent phlebotomists.
My wife went there for routine lab work. Very unfriendly staff, bossy and arrogant. Would not send a copy of her lab work to her personal physician.

I have visited here multiple times and have encountered a very friendly staff, even when they are swamped with patients. They are finished with the draw before I even have a chance to think about fainting.

After rushing across town to get to the laboratory, they closed early — before their posted hours. Add to that, they have repeatedly made billing errors (consistently in their favor). It’s annoying to continually make phone calls to get them to make corrections.
Horrible-horrible-horrible. Better to just close your doors and go out of business, rather then treat patrons like this. The owners and managers should be ashamed and embarrassed.

Receptionist was rude. Screwed up blood test. Required me to come in again for another blood draw but wouldn’t guarantee the results would be available for my doctor’s appointment.
How about a number/ticket system in the lobby so people know who is next. I showed up 15 minutes before they opened and was 10th. By the time they opened there was 20. Who know the order they showed up?!?
