Awesome building and pleasant employees to work with!
Cooking dinner on Christmas Eve and the power goes out. Thank you Trico
have dealt with these folks for forty years
always smoothly and pleasantly
thx
Worst company ever. Customer service is even worse. If you are considering buying a home in the service area reconsider
There was a power surge in my neighborhood last night and now my tv and playstation don’t work.
Total garbage company if I could give them no stars I would. Terrible service
I guess a gas stove was def a good idea , cooking in the dark it is on Xmas eve :/ . 2nd time in a month this has happened
First power outage website easy to use kept me informed really reduced anxiety.
Ladies there are very sweet but they close to early
Good phone support.
I live in oregon and this company has been harassing me for a month now. I called them to figure out why.. was placed on hold than disconnected. Must be some scanmers.
If I could say things worse I would out power goes out and they never have answer I moved from a home 10 minutes away with tep and almost never had this problem and everytime I ask trico has no answer TRICO I hope you guys read this cause you suck
Always A Pleasure to Visit Trico.
Friendly, Helpful, Cheerful Folks. …
Thank you Trico for RUINING Christmas Eve. ANOTHER street-wide power outage?? Are you kidding me??? This is is worst power company we have EVER had. We’ll be moving just so we can switch back to TEP.
We’ve been with Trico for 26 years and have always been impressed with their service and their friendliness. Great company!
how can any person voice disapproval with an electric company. i am on budget billing and very satisfied. pay the bill lights stay on- pretty simple. …
We had our first major electrical issue today, from call to service, they were professional, extremely helpful and quick! Arrived within 20 minutes of the call and finished quick. We are very impressed!
How can you say you’re a “cooperative” for the customers you serve? $477 just to establish service. That is criminal. We are an Air Force family, so we’ve been all over the country (California, Nevada, Texas, Oklahoma, just to name a few). …
If I could rate below one star I would. They ask outlandish deposits and won’t even let you make it in payments. They take full advantage of the guidelines pertaining to deposits to take advantage of people because they can. It’s no wonder …
I have had good experience with Trico Electric. Had turned in powerline rf hum issue a little over a year ago and got good results. Have some shipboard electric plant experience so I ask them uncommon questions at times.
Ridiculous rates, never offer incentives to get more efficient heating/cooling, and discourage solar so much that Solar City won’t even provide solutions in areas served by Trico. Wish TEP would somehow take the utilities back and stop selling power to Trico.
Great electric provider. Website is excellent, great user tools, billing is easy, and if service is interrupted, we get instant notification and repair. Best electric company I’ve ever encountered. Highly recommend.
We called when the power went out and within an hour 2 trucks and two men came to our rescue. They were polite and competent. They said they would change out the transformer in an hour and did! They were great!
Very little to none updates available anywhere about power outages, their page is not up to date.
We absolutely believe Trico is one of the best companies to work for in Tucson. As a vendor we have enjoyed working with every team member from the front desk to the field engineers. Everyone works together, and its obvious they care about …
I have been a Trico customer for 40 years, and I think they are great! Trico gives back to their community in so many ways I can hardly count them. There will always be outages with any provider, it is the “nature of the beast”, so many …
Why is a deposit required when one has excellent credit? TEP doesn’t require a deposit for those with excellent credit, so why does TRICO? After going through the trouble of getting the letter of credit they requested to waive the deposit, …
Very nice building our co-op money has built. Pleasent employees in the front area. Wish they had invested more of our money into better infrastructure for the grid my home is on instead of the fancy building! Just about every thunderstorm …
I’m sitting here without power. It happens a couple times a year with the monsoons. Just reflecting on the service over the years. It’s been really good. Uptime is better than TEP. Company employees are much more friendly. I once …
I have been a customer of trico for over two years. I am a disabled veteran on a fixed monthly income. I asked for budget billing when we moved in and was not eligible. After two years of struggling in the hotter month to pay for …
They wanted a $510 deposit to just start service! Must be nice having a monopoly! Definitely going solar ASAP. …
I move here about a month ago and needed to get electric turned on. First of all I needed to pay a deposit fine but you Not only took out deposit you also took out the unpaid bill from last tenant. You said it would be returned it took …
In response to my earlier post, I did not receive an E-mail nor phone call and that’s why I was upset at the fact that someone just opened my gate, entered, and then left without closing the gate. I don’t think I would be upset if I had …
We just moved in a month ago and we paid our extremely high deposit. Unfortunately since we are military we don’t get to waiver the deposit. This is because we lived on base. Guess they take that as never paying a bill. Oh well. We will get …
Trico is terrible. Do not move to any area where trico is the provider . They add kw to your bill (so watch your meters people). I have spoke to 3 people about this issue and no one has an answer. I have emailed them pictures with proof and …
Currently confused! Why would I receive a termination notice when the bill due date is 3 days away? Why would I be told that I am 80 dollars behind when this is MY FIRST BILL? Thats right I haven’t even lived here a month yet! How can I …
My roommate and I pay our electric bill on time every month. Because there are 2 units on our address Trico keeps shutting both off when the other one hasn’t paid their bill. We shouldn’t have to suffer because someone else isnt paying their bill. You guys are a ridiculous company.
They do not care about customers. Even when you pay everything you can afford they still shut off your power and demand huge amounts to turn it back on. They prey on people and don’t care about hardship. They only notified me after they shut off power. Gave no written warning or notification by email. Atrocious customer service.
I have been a Trico member since 1983 and I can honestly say I’ve never had a negative interaction with them. Just yesterday I had a power outage in the late afternoon. This doesn’t just mean no cooling but we have a well so it also means …
We are new to Trico (since March) and have been pleased with the few interactions that we have had. We’ve lost power a couple of times during the monsoons but feel Trico got it back on in reasonable time. And a big thanks for that!
Happy in Montana Vista
I believe I’ve been a Trico customer for about 40 years (please don’t age me, LOL) and have had a great experience throughout this time. I guess I want to say thank you for offering the “budget billing” system and reviewing the accounts to …
Going away for six months and want to disconnect your power? Go ahead, but they’ll still charge you 20 dollars a month to provide no service whatsoever. Just another corporation trying to screw it’s customers out of every dime they can.
I wish I could give this company zero stars! Absolutely worst customer service I’ve ever dealt with! We just moved in to our home after a long 2 year lawsuit with a house we bought in 2020. We were forced to live in our RV due to mold …
Yall were told to cease and desist digging and trespassing on private property, then you come onto my property and decide to put a junction box on MY PROPERTY. You need to come get your box off MY property. And figure out what to do on YOUR …
