My experience at the Trident Medical Arts Building imaging center has always been excellent. The process has become more streamlined and time saving. I even received my mammogram results electronically in a couple of hours. The staff are friendly, professional, and caring.
After being admitted, there were no beds available so I stayed in ER for the entire 18 hour visit. There were no portable toilets available so I had to walk down the hallway to the public restroom.

I didn’t have to wait around for a long time for my PET/CT scan appointment. The radiologists were pleasant and didn’t try to rush me through the process. I have had many of these tests and this is clearly one of the best experiences with these tests and I have had them at the Mayo Clinic, Memorial Sloane Kettering, and Yale.

They don’t deserve one star but I can’t rate any lower. This place is the biggest joke of medical “care” that exists. If you want to be treated like a piece of garbage and receive no medical help whatsoever, then this is the place for you.

From my 1st visit in May until my surgery 7/20/22, everyone staff member was always helpful. Surgery went as Dr. Cuoco expected & I’m very pleased that my doctor in Aiken referred me to this doctor & medical center.
My time there for the Ablation procedure was pleasant. Everyone there treated me wonderfully. I was given all the information I needed for the post ablation period. I had no post ablation problems.
The Medical Imaging staff were very friendly, caring and calming. I was there for an abdominal CT scan and was nervous and worried, but the staff quickly put me at ease and I was in and out quickly. My results were also already available by the end of the day. I would definitely recommend the Medical Imaging Staff.
From the Nurses, the Techs, the food service, Cleaning crew and Doctors, I was treated like a king. If I left anyone out, then I apologize but I really felt like a VIP!! WHITE GLOVE TREATMENT!! OH, and a shout out to every one in the ER and admission!! Great service!!

Employees are professional and very helpful, and get 5 stars what gets really no stars is the mri machine which is outdated and. So loud my head was hurting all day after enduring this horrible noise.

Very dishonest billing. Verified they were an urgent care upon arrival but charged for ER services for an ankle x-ray. Tried to call and work this out and they said they would send me a new bill but did not. Would never use again.

I arrived at the ER via personal transportation with multiple injuries from a bad accident on a nearby MTB trail. They took good care of me and got me triaged quickly, mitigating my pain quickly.
Sat in a hallway the whole time, with many other patients. It’s sad that we have to have our business said out in the public. No privacy, feel so bad for others who were having private things wrong with them and it was talked to from the nurse in front of everyone.
The worst ER visit give ever had!!! Was told I had a sprained ankle even tho I told them I had not done anything to sprain it. They came out to the waiting room and put a flimsy brace on it that created more problems actually made me trip several times
Went there on sunday, dec 18 2022. I have exellent insurance and ended up sleeping on a gierney in fast track for 2 nights. Have broncitis and needed oxygen. Will not ever go there agaian. Had them send me home with meds
From the valet person to the receptionist to the lab people everyone was courteous, professional and helpful. This includes the volunteers that make the wheel chair available. I was very leased with the entire evolution.

My experience was outstanding they took good Care of me even though they were busy and they were very professional it was a long wait time but I was ok with it. I wanted to know what was wrong with me. They found out and treated me.
The wait time was reasonable and the technician who performed the test was very friendly and explained what he was going to do and why. After the test, he walked me back to the exit instead of just giving me directions.
This particular procedure at the Trident Ambulatory Center was pleasant and smooth. It was originally scheduled at the Head and Neck Center, but the procedure was performed at the Ambulatory Center. The staff across the board was excellent.

Brought in emergency with many people waiting was taken in within 3 minutes. Seen a doctor within two minutes. Had x-ray of hip and catscan of skull within 20 minutes and return of doctor with results within 30 minutes was a miracle. I was amazed and thankful for the swift and learned ability.
