  3. It’s a utility company co-op that prefers profits over the people they calim to serve. The water quality consistently worsens from time to time yet the cost of delivery and filtration goes up. Typical public service company these days.

  4. Terrible utility company, overcharges for services. Charges late fees due to the mail running slow even though there are post mark dates on them. They don’t come read the meter, oh by the way there are numerous investigations being done on the company for fraudulent activity.
