Horrendous doesn’t even come close. In the twenty first century it shouldn’t take weeks to get some simple paper work returned. The problem is once they start managing your HOA they disappear. I will definitely be pushing to not renew when the time comes.

Building infested with rats. I called six times. They do Not care. They just double the condo dues and collect your money. An evil company
