  6. Third time they have either “misplaced” my utility bill payment or it has been “lost in the mail”. I’ve had to make 3 visits to the office to hand deliver payment just to ensure it gets into the hands of an actual person. Beyond over this ridiculous company.

  19. Very rude and inconsiderate. I applaud those who have great reviews for them but my experience was awful. The lady who answers the phone is extremely rude. She doesn’t listen and treats people like she’s in control. Respect all of your customers all the time or find something else to do.
