My only gripe is that I wish they were more consistent with their hours and that their website was better. They’re very nice, but it’s hard to get a hold of them, and the site is outdated.

Their payment system is archaic. They don’t take electronic payments from the bank. They will take a credit card BUT charge 4% to do so, and if you’re late with your payment or the post man doesn’t get it there in time, they charge 10% late fee. On a $400 water bill, which seems to be my average, that’s a $40 late fee.
