Tuality Physicians is a full-service Family Medicine and Urgent Care facility that offers outstanding, high-quality medical care at our Hillsboro, Oregon location. I’ve waited over 2hrs for a simple x-ray appointment. Unecessary for me to wait that long. The receptionist I checked out with was very rude.
The front desk people are very nice and respectful and so are the doctors they really care about there patients here.
One time I was 10 minutes late and they forced me to reschedule. Now, this time I’ve been waiting for 30 minutes and have yet to be helped. How does that make any sense at all?
