Great place to work.
The closest clinic in western Rez
There service is very slow, I can say more but I won’t…
Waiting waiting for my medication for a long time still not ready
Yummy 6
Lazy staff in the ER.
Poor Healthcare.
Better off going to Phoenix or Tucson if serious medical concerns.
In & out….fast👍 Doctor Kelly gave me happy news👏 …
The ent receptionist are extremely rude on the phone call everytime i call for appointment
Good drive thru pharmacy pick up.
I came in with a broken femur after a dropping a motorcycle half an hour outside of town. The staff was very kind and they took great care of me.
Clueless workers and very Unprofessional. Bad Attitudes as well not Recommend at all better off going to Page.
Best clinic in all the rez. Receptionist are very professional and the Doctors are all top gun.
The Transportation Department – Leta Begay and Wilbert Dayzie are the very best at their job where they never loss their composure, excellent in give the right appropriate information with a great professional attitude…
This is hands down the most unorganized clinic.
Nobody knows how to operate in a actual health care center. The staff was terrible, I wouldn’t recommend this place to a enemy!
This place is trash
This facility was very thorough and top notch with their care for my Son. Keep up the good work.
No good patient service here at all. Especially over the phone, the ladies there are rude and always have a problem when you ask them questions…
incompetant providers, cant get real jobs in the real world
so they come and malpractice on the Natives. …
Bad service, meaning they should “let go” those rude receptionist who answers the telephone. And hire someone who is a lot more courteous to patients.
Lori Enlow is absolutely amazing!!
We struck “gold”, found a doctor who cares (Dr. Van Dyke). My husband has been under Dr. Van Dyke’s care for many years and I clearly can say he was a divine intervention. THANK YOUUUUU
Bad customer service, bad responders. We traveled a long way and they changed the appt schedule to a different at the last minute. As I remember there was a 15 min grace period upon arrival. Horrible, clinic
No customer service….. traveled to tuba for my moms surgery app which was at noon so she went all morning with out eating or drinking fluids. Got there and to find out they cancelled her appointment and lied about trying to call us all morning.
Our appointment time was 1:45pm, got here around 12 because we had to register. It’s 3pm and still waiting in Radiology. I think they need to come up with a better process because a normal hour appointment is now stretched most of the day. Painfully slow.
Adult care unit medical staff provided a well distinguished assistant during a stay for our dad. With utter disappointment, we Have to disagree with the conduct of the “Navajo” speaking staff. Perhaps they need to revisit proper hospice …
I came to the ER thinking they were going to stitch my cut, on my finger, that is nearly to the bone up in a couple mins, but no. It’s been nearly an hour and now I am really impatient. Service is slow if you were bleeding out at this hospital you would probably bleed out 2 hours before getting seen.
They don’t care for anyone right I had to take out my own iv because they were not pumping me w fluids or medicine that I needed so yeah they suck at caring
I went in through the short stay OR. I expected to be waiting MOST of the day but thank God they called me right in. The staff were very courteous and helpful. They explained everything to me in detail. Far better than Flagstaff Medical …
Had a great experience with my 1st dose of vaccination shot for Covid-19. Experienced the drive-thru vaccination and they were very well organized and helped me with any information about the process all in a timely manner. They took careful precaution to prevent any unnecessary exposure. Overall great service with TCRHCC.
Not a great place to get your health care needs. I went there asking for help. And yes the call center are not professional, while ur still talking they transfer you. I spoke w this dept, Ive spoken to the lady who sits in that dept. …
Super rude nurses who like to argue and comment about ” see you at your work ” which is disturbing.
I had an Appendectomy in June and Hernia Repair Surgery in July. Dr. Jecius did an excellent job on both. ACU staff were also great during my overnight stay after the appendectomy.
Call Center needs new workers. The older people you can tell right off the back. They need to either go back to training and learn some customer service and how they talk to their customers/patients. Call center is the basically the front …
Word of advice, Do not See Dr. Tang or Dr. Kim. He doesn’t listen to your concerns. His words are above yours. And he is very cold or not sincere at all.
Rude unprofessional ER staff. Worst experience I have ever seen out of an er. Staff eating food and applying make up in front of the guest. CNA staff in the er couldn’t talk Dine language well at all, old patients that didn’t speak English where pushed to the side. Maybe better or qualified folks needed.
I had lab work done here. The nurse was so poorly dressed. Frayed old scrub pants & old scrub top, makes me feel she probably wears the same outfit everyday. No personality at all. The IHS should have a better dress code enforcement.
The best hospital care on the rez. Idk what ppl are complaining about below, maybe they go too often for minor problems. But My experience for the last 28 years has been over the top care. 24 hr clinic great for emergencies at night, dental …
The Call Center definitely needs a retrain on customer service. You’re the front line people who represent the hospital!! I had to call several times this weekend and every time, the person answering the phone would just transfer my call …
I waited in the “waiting room” at dental for over 4 hours to get an X-ray and that was not including the care I originally went in for (which was to get my wisdom teeth extracted). The ladies working at the front had poor customer service skills and were rude for no reason. Zero stars, do better.
Okay I just wanna share my experience. My grandmother use to work for this hospital for years as a PA/board member and so when I come back here for healthcare I always have felt safe. …
In 1982, I had a Great experience working at the Tuba City Public Hospital as a senior in Optometry School. The clinic and beautiful Native American people will always be in my mind. The clinic and service was first class. Got to know many …
Rude unprofessional staff. Should be fired. Too lazy to take out an i.v , I had to take out my own .and left my friends epidural in her back and forgot about it. Should be sued for malpractice, thanks to them she has had back problems for a over year now. They do not care either. Your an inconvenience to them walking through that door.
Just spoke with pharmacist Eric M who is very rude and arrogant I can’t believe someone like this is in charge of handling other’s prescriptions. No wonder this pharmacy has so many bad reviews. He needs to change his attitude and do his job more professional.
Deserves no star, its a corporation with bad customer service; I was told to walk in and get my eye exam, on arrival I was asked if I had an appointment, I said no. Three people waiting to be seen. I was told the eye clinic was booked full. …
This Hospital has no sense of urgency when it comes to assisting patients with paperwork. Records and registration do a good job. The problem with this location is when Patients need a service not offered at this location and get referred …
Dr only came in to talk to us three times in the last 2 days and 2 nights. And we are in ER!! The room in ER we are in was so cold, my daughter had to ask for layers of blankets. Monitors that are supposed to keep an eye on my husband’s …
I’ve never been a big fan of sand. It’s always been too hot, too gritty, and just generally unpleasant. So when I had to go to Tuba City Regional Health Care to deal with my phobia of sand, I wasn’t exactly thrilled. But the staff there was …
