God help you if you try to pay a bill around holiday schedules, although they don’t need a holiday to avoid answering phone calls or be present at the front desk. They won’t give you any notice, either. Just shut off your water and hit you with a $75 reconnect fee. Horrible customer service.
I called the main office to report a water main leak. The women who answered the phone was as pleasant as could be and said she would send the report right away. I have delt with them in the past when I first hooked up to city water and they were more than accommodating than also. Very pleasant experience.
