This place started out helping my husband and then “treated him like an addict”, I don’t wish chronic pain on anyone and I hope known of them every have to experience it.
Dr. Martucci said he was sending my dad down to Dr. Vandoren because there was nothing more he can do for him. Your dad is not an opiode addict but we want to try something different. Now that dad has been seen by an opiode recovery dr no …
I really liked the staff. Then they changed my meds without any notice to patches that did not work with my pain.Only kept me from getting I’ll from my meds.
My wife had a not so pleasurable experience at the Bartlesville office but I’ll give the corporate office some props. I called the next day to complain and they handled the matter promptly.
Wife had a c-section and tubal ligation and they cut her medication off and discharged her because she didn’t notify them she was having a baby and was getting pain medication from the hospital.
I literally hope these reviews are not as they seem I’m terrified to even go to the doctor right now this is my first new doctor’s appointment with a pain management and I am I was so looking forward to maybe having some relief but after reading the reviews I’m just terrified
Staff is horrible. If you ask questions, they get rude. In my experience, I was hung up on after being told I would need to speak to someone else. I was then reported the the office manager as being a “difficult patient”. They are only interested in patients that will not question them in any manner.
Went here for over a year, saw the doctor ONCE. His assistant the rest of the time. Treated like a criminal that only wanted pain meds to sell, charged $1500 for a cortisone shot, $190 that they couldn’t explain, $250 drug test…..out of line expenses. Horrible.
Been going to Bartlesville clinic for a couple years. Nice nurses, doctors, and staff. Very helpful, and have gave me 75% relief in my pain! Great care!
Started off great but has gone downhill since they moved. Now they change everything without informing you and Dr. Martucci isn’t even professional enough to take a scheduled appointment to explain or answer any questions you might have. Find a doctor that cares this isn’t the one.

Cut my pain meds without consulting me. Wanting to give me a script I can’t afford. I’ve had 9 surgeries in 9 years, (7 on my spine), still under the care of a neurosurgeon and needing more surgeries. Going into withdrawals now. They are doing this to everyone.

The Dr is great. I get shots and medication. But the wait time for appointments to see the PA are ridiculous. It’s ALWAYS at least an hour past my appointment time . Very rude dr. They never call you back when calling the emergency line and getting a nurse to call you back takes 3 to 4 business days.
Wonderful care. I love Dr. Martucci..he really cares for his patients comfort.
Get you addicted to pain meds. Now take you off and make you suffer. Not right. My dad is 87 years old. Dont deserve this.

Their customer service over the phone is equal to calling a government agency on a holiday.
