Called requesting if they accepted new patients. Answered 2 questions and was refused to schedule. Just looking for a new family practice/internal medicine specialist since I’m tired of seeing LPNs.
Appointments regularly started 20 minutes past scheduled time. This is a factory for churning out as many patients as possible. They seem to only care about money. Avoid this place!
Although the staff here seems to be trying hard, I find that the technology used is soooooo 20 years behind. Billing, appointment notifications are not where a modern medical practice should be.

Dr. Withee is the only doctor I’ve ever had whose compassion matches her immense medical knowledge. I’m used to being treated as an inconvenient source of money, but when I see Dr. Withee I’m treated like family.
This place is so good, even the front desk ladies have medical degrees! I mean they knew I had a workers comp claim even though I hadn’t filed one, they knew my back pain wasn’t treatable by them: why waste time seeing a doctor when a receptionist knows so much!

Called to get an appointment and was told that they’re not taking new patients. Still sitting in their urgent care after 3 hours and was just informed that I can now be seen as a new patient since I am now “established”. What a joke!
Despite paying off a bill that went to collections, we have been banned from being seen. The staff are unfriendly, rude, and unhelpful. This is made worse by the fact that their walk-in clinic will also deny you from being seen if you owe (or have previously owed) money to this clinic.
I’ve been going here for over a year. Really happy with the professionalism, and follow up. Typically they run close to their schedule, and I usually don’t need to wait long for an appointment. It’s also very helpful that they have a Lab there as well.
