Turkey Regional Sewer District(TCRSD) was established in 1977, pursuant to the Provisions set forth by the Stream Pollution Control Board of the State of Indiana. The purpose of TCRSD was to be to provide for sewage collection and disposal so as to promote the public health, safety, and welfare of the residents of the district. It was therefore ordered by the Stream Pollution Control Board that this regional waste district be organized as an independent political entity of the State of Indiana and as a body corporate and political. Our district is governed by a Board of Trustees consisting of seven members and meeting monthly, open to the public.
