Iv lost water 3 time in as many wks. Iv been told all because they are hunting a leak. Why cant they let people know when they are turning water off. They can do it so easy though the reverse 911 system. Just like the county did there we became an island for several days.
I don’t usually write reviews, but I feel like they deserve more than 2 stars. I’ve lived in Bolivar for 4 years and have never had a problem with them. I recently called them with a question about a bill and the woman was very sweet and helpful. Also, their online bill payment is pretty easy to use!

Ive never had a problem calling in asking questions about my bill. They worked with my plumber to schedule water shut off for my main to get worked on within 24 hours. And had the guy back out to turn on water within 30 min of us calling to say work was done. No complaints here.
