I keep reading these reviews about how bad the service was. I’ve been using Tunxis Ohrs for a few years now and found them to be excellent. Customer service and delivery service were both prompt and courteous. If you compare pricing around Tunxis Ohrs was well below everyone else.

These guys Just installed a new oil burner for me, They absolutely killed it. I’m so impressed with the install. CLEAN, NEAT WORK. I’ve been doing Field work in the telecom industry for 10 years and I HIGHLY appreciate good work. You get what you pay for.
This company is running scam! They called me stating that 4 months ago they pumped 100 gallons of oil into my tank in error (this is not our oil company)- and now they are calling to collect payment OR come to my house and pump 100 gallons …
I called to schedule an oven cleaning and they gave me an appointment for another month, now one day before the appointment they tell me that that they don’t have a person and that they reschedule for the following month, what do I keep waiting for my duct to freeze due to lack of heating?

They replaced my central a.c. and my oil tank and did a great job. Brad and his service guys do great work. I highly recommend them.
