Almost every time I call, phone is busy and I get a busy signal. No option to leave a message or wait on the line until someone is available. It is rather infuriating. Please get another line or a better phone system, TwinStar.

I’ve been a member here for five years and it’s been far superior to any bank that I’ve ever dealt with. Customer service is great and I love that there is interest accrued on checking accounts.
Twinstar is a good credit union. They are a little behind the times, but still function really good. They don’t have a lot of variety like say WSECU, but what they do offer works.
I have not any bad experiences they will work with their clients if being a bit late. Highly recommend them to anyone in that area.

TwinStar ATM’s have started charging a $2.50 fee for withdrawing cash! A credit union is not supposed to be driven by fees. I have closed my TwinStar account since they don’t want to play nice with the credit union ATM network.

Today was the last straw with this branch. I’ll be closing my accounts. I stayed even after you closed shared banking for your good customer service, but it looks like thats gone too. What a shame
