They sometimes keep appointments, and bully clients into procedures that are unnecessary, then over-charge because they have a monopoly.

Nurse Pat in the Cardiac cath unit has been so caring and responsible that when my dad is recovering from his pacemaker implantation she thought of giving a sling to help my dad relieve the pain from surgery.
This has been by far the nicest visit to a hospital everyone was very nice and attentive no short cuts every test was run at least twice or thrice and each person I dealt with was sincere and as helpful as they could be

Overall a good experience. My mother had a minor stroke we were in the ER about 18 hours then downstairs at the CDU for a couple days and on floor seven for a few days. Everyone we dealt with was pleasant.
Worst experience I’ve had at an ER. Went there at 2:30 in the morning for a bad gout flare-up and I left at 5:00 the nurses never ask me about my pain and never gave me anything for the pain. But they were quick to judge me that I needed to stop drinking alcohol without knowing if I drink or not. Worst ER EVERRR!!!!
