Very unpleasant customer service – can’t say it’s everyone but we spoke to an Anthony at the downtown KC MO branch and he was very unpleasant. Even when we asked to speak to the manager Ben Marks – he said he’d call us back “if he feels like it”. Very strange and maybe this indicative of the way Ben Marks runs his branch.
Had to call and update address 3 times before it got changed. Requested a debit card 3 times and it never came. When I called to inquire about my card the branch manager told me they were busy and would have someone call back, “okay?” When …
I cannot say enough about the great customer service and experience that I received from bank representative Jim Erickson. I had a family crisis and needed service within a narrow time line and he met every need with dispatch. Got me through a stressful period with ease. Happy customer!
This is a great branch in the headquarters of UMB. The staff is extraordinarily friendly and professional. 10/10 would recommend to anyone looking for a trustworthy bank.
