No to almost none waiting time, no appointments needed, clean facility with very kind people. Definitely will visit again. Urgent care that really fits the name urgent. Save time and save money here.
The receptionist seemed impatient. I was told they did not take out of state insurance, when I have NY insurance. Perhaps this facility may have been busy at the time, however, I would have appreciated being told honestly rather than being sent away on a false premise.
Steroid drip prescription that was given for my right ear pain wasn’t working so I checked in the day after the first consultation. Originally the staff wanted me to pay a second consultation fee, but the doctor understood and was nice enough to give me a follow up.
Went last Friday to take a test for travel purposes. Have yet to receive test results and its December 30, 2020. Had to cancel flight plus hotel because my specimen wasn’t sent off to the lab on time. This UMD dropped the ball. Thanks for allowing me to spend New year eve in New York.
