$350 to see a “care giver”, not in network with UHC, ear drops did nothing because according to the ENT I had to go to next, if you don’t clean the wax out your not going to fix an ear infection. Total waste of time and money. Over priced clip joint.

I scheduled a rapid Covid test this afternoon, arrived early to the location and checked in. I was seen promptly! After the rapid screen was negative the nurse practitioner addressed my symptoms to treat an ear infection.
Went three days ago for Covid testing. They were very accommodating to my disabled husband. I’ll definitely go to them again with our needs.

Process for COVID-19 testing was incredibly simple. Staff was very friendly, patient, answered ALL of our questions and explained everything we needed to know. This facility will now be our family ‘go to’ center, for those crazy times we need to use Urgent Care.

I made an appointment for 1140. I got there early I waited over an hour and they took no one into the back to be seen. Seven of us just sat around the waiting room with the lady telling us we get to you soon. There were people in the back but they won’t see anybody. Worst experience I can imagine
