I did not choose this Bank it was recommended and required for payroll for my underage son. I will not recommend this bank as they do not even have standard banking hours for each location, they pick and choose when they want to be open. Sorry excuse for a financial institution.
I’ve have been a customer since 2007 when I graduated high school! It’s 2019 now! They know me by my name and allow my service dog to come in. They are polite and take the time to explain things to me if I don’t understand something. Very kind people. 🙂

Wonderful customer service. Destiny helped me get a new debit card bc mine was stolen online. Took maybe ten mins. Y was the end of their work day and she still took the time to make me one.

Horrible experience at a local branch. I was floored! Talked to others who say they’ve had less than satisfactory service at their branches.
