We chose Union for my infant’s helmet and the process could not have been any easier! Jenna is awesome and the office is extremely organized.
Everything went well except for getting the knee-brace in a timely fashion which I had discussed with the company all along. I should have paid full-price right at the beginning when I needed the brace the most since I had a clean tear of my MCL.
