They base a businesses sales on the gross amount including sales tax. So, in our case we pay 8.25% more than our sales. I’ve been in business 26 years, never saw that before. The state insurance board has been notified. I’ll post thier findings.
My side of the Story meant nothing to the insurance company. Slipped and fell in restroom w/o any caution signage near, after being freshly mopped. No empathy and compassion for us seniors with poor vision. Customer Service was below …
was in an accident with one of their insured drivers….TEN YEARS AGO. Their ppl never responded to anything, only paid for the emergency room, and still have not closed the case with my ins company. I wish there was a zero stars option
Worst insurance company I have ever dealt with whoever is the boss should fire people who handle claims for small business very unprofessional with no common sense
