The branch chief was very rude. He insulted my husband. We are planning to close our account there.
Very bad customer service
Never had this type of service in any other bank past 40 years I’ve lived in this area.
They don’t care at all about their customers at all, as long as you are putting money in your account, your account will be open. If you contact them for anything else, they won’t care. Of course when opening the account they care!
