I have had a saving account with UCU for over 10 years. Today I call to ask questions about withdrawing. The person I spoke to was very rude and disrespectful. They need some customer service trainings.
It is no reason you guys should charge $25 for a card replacement, then had the odassity to day it will be $35 the next time. Nobody said any such nonsense before or during opening an account. You will be loosing my business.
