Appreciate the dependability of electrical service and very competitive rates. I have had this service for over 17 years and feel fortunate to be a member of the co-op.
They are extremely money hungry. Even if you are trying to explain you will pay them on your payday they wont listen and say you have to pay right away ir they will turn off your power. Only company I know that doesnt work with the people paying them.
I called after getting paper in mail saying they where going to disconnect in middle of winter had daughters birthday party was low on cash always payed my bill before even with there insane price told them I was going to pay them in next 6 …
As long as we have been with United Electric,(20+ yrs) they have had the best employee’s. They know their jobs and they do them well. Thanks to all the past and present employee’s.
Company is trash people that work there don’t care about there own negligence.. don’t care about the people who pay them . In 3 months they have cost me 800$ they bill wrong accounts n shut you off and won’t admit it until the bank and your lawyer contact them Idaho power is by far the best especially with customer service
Charge way high prices because their the only game in town. Charge 150 dollars if you forget to pay the bill. That’s criminal.
Drive through is fast friendly people work there
The power stays on. I know people who use Idaho power and know that our power stays on more often and is fixed faster.
