Terrible customer service and very slow internet. I actually had a customer service representative tell me I asked a stupid question when inquiring about possibility for faster options offered by the company. I only use the company because I have no other option. I would absolutely never use them if given a choice.
The internet service is really slow and they still require you to have a house phone which you will get charged for monthly even if you don’t need it or want it. I pay 76.00 a month for slow internet and a phone that sits there collecting dust.
