Unitus “approved” my car loan, wasted a week of my time asking for information I already provided, then un-approved my loan literally the Friday before I started a new job. Worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. Avoid these scumbags like the plague.
The staff are quite friendly and there is hot chocolate, coffee, and tear for you to choose from while you wait. I have mainly used shared branching here (local credit unions), but it has nonetheless been as solid of a banking experience as using my normal credit union’s locations.
