Absolutely awful how they scam working people out of thousands of dollars and when you need them they deny you coverage !! This ordeal with them has done nothing for me except cause me stress anxiety and depression now I have to go to another county and pay out of pocket !! Thank you American health care !
I have had multiple insurance companies in my career and Univera tops them all for coverage, copay is more than fair, a lot of my prescriptions are zero cost or less than $50.00 for a 30 day supply. The providers and specialists are vast. Absolutely no complaints whatsoever.

This insurance is horrible. Worst insurance I’ve ever had. I have thousands in out of pocket costs now. I’ve never had to pay more than a 40 dollar co-pay with all other carriers.
Our Acct Service Consultant, Gabriella Salemi, has always been so prompt and knowledgeable for all of our needs at our office with our group plans. Excellent Service, by far, from her! Thank you, Gabriella!

Never had a bad experience. Questions answered, issues always fixed. Very helpful and friendly customer service.
I had to wait 20 minutes to cancel an appointment. It’s also pretty far out for someone who has to take a bus
