Awful loan provider. Switched websites 6 months ago without deactivating their old website or automatically redirecting to the new site. Who does that???
When they call you, it’s hard to tell if it’s a scam or legit. The reps are unprofessional in word choice and tone of voice… making them seem even more scam-ish. The website has bare minimum content and in general the service is in the dark ages.
Absolutely horrid. UAS lacks communication and they have horrible resources (such as their website and phone line).I would advise anyone to avoid having your loan managed by them.
I was called by an out-of-state staffing agency wanting to fill a position with UAS. I was told that I had interviewed with UAS back in March of this year. I have never heard of this company before and after doing some research on Glassdoor, they have a lot of negative reviews.
Do not use this service if you can help it. They are zero help even during the pandemic. All my loans but this one are in good standing and the only thing I can do to get it out of bad standing is pay. No other options. You guys are a terrible company and I hope you go out of business after the pandemic. God damn thieves.

This place is predatory and poorly managed. I made a payment a week ago and was charged a late fee. My bank is baffled why they have not initiated a transfer. You cannot delay an on time payment and then charge a fee. How is this legal?
