If I could give zero stars I would! This is the worst bank I’ve ever had to deal with! They don’t care about their members and God forbid you fall on hard times and need a little help.. Don’t go looking to UVACCU for help!! And the higher up people are so rude and inconsiderate as well as heartless!

There are numerous advantages of credit unions over banks. UVACCU almost never charges you a fee for standard services, and on the rare occasion they do, it’s very low. I’ve had some logistical problems with my account, but the staff are always friendly and helpful.
