This company sucks, I paid my bill and two 2 weeks later they canceled my service, and charge me $100.00 in late fees and startup service fees, total ripoff and rude old lady phone service.
I have not spoke to a nice customer service representative as of yet. They need some training on how to handle customers.

I originally posted about having issues with garbage drop off on the nextdoor app. I was pleasantly surprised when someone from operations contacted me. I emailed him, we resolved the issue very easily.
I drop off our recycling since our apartment complex nearby doesn’t recycle, so I have no issues with fees here. Staff are nice too. I only wish they were open a little later than 4:30 p.m and/or open on weekends.

They are always so nice when I call and have a question about my account. Today I dropped off some scrap metal and the employees were extremely helpful and I didn’t even have to ask! It just made everything much easier for me.
