Awful. Just awful. Every since they took over it’s been one bad experience after another. They don’t show up some weeks, you have to call and reschedule and then they don’t show up then either… Horrible.
I first got the “service” in the fall of 2019… its now Feburary 2020 and i still have the same trash in there as i did when i first filled the trash can up…. Updike is TRASH!
I was going to write a long winded explanation of how this is the least professional business I’ve ever dealt with in my life, but I’ll keep it short and simple: do not waste your time with Updike.
After getting our can here and the initial deposit taken we have nothing but compliments. They are on time every week and have not missed a pick up yet.
Let me tell you this company ain’t worth dealing with …once a week service turns into 2 to 3 month service and you call them and call them and keep telling them and they still can’t get it rite …..and now I’ve told them to pick there …
Ordered service over a month ago and no one has ever shown up. How does this company stay in business? They don’t answer the phone or return messages. Unbelievable.
I wish I could rate negative stars. I’ve had the dumpster overflowing at least 5 feet because they haven’t came in 2 months. They should pay US because it’s been sitting here for a while and still charge for their “services”.

Honestly the worst trash service I’ve ever had in my life. I’m so sad that the town of Louisa switched from the dept of public works to these lazy people. If we were able to hire another company take our trash I would have within a week. I can’t say enough about these guys – they are literally the worst.
The absolute worst and unprofessional business!! They never pick up, continue to charge, force you to pay saying you cant cancel until you pay. Even though they receive payments every month. I can’t give less than one star. The company doesn’t answer the phone, doesn’t pick up the trash, and when you are finally able to cancel service they continue to auto charge your card and don’t pick up the can. In addition, with auto pay they still send a bill saying you haven’t paid. Terrible

I have never seen a business ran so poorly. They want their payment on time but don’t worry about on time service. For the past few months I have had to call to find out when my trash would be picked up. If you want prompt service this is not the place.
